Please Note: All of our products are individually manufactured within two days of receiving your order. However, due to postal delays, it may take two to three weeks for your product to arrive at your door.
Refunds are issued in the following manner:
Unopened – no restocking, no reimbursement for shipping
Opened, but non-installed – no restocking, no reimbursement for shipping

Opened, completely installed - Will not be accepted
A PICTURE MUST BE PROVIDED OF DAMAGED PARTS
Shipping is ALWAYS Non-Refundable. Returned parts must be in clean, unused, original condition, packed in the manufacturer’s original packaging, and received by us within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns 14 days from receipt of product. No Exceptions. No return will be accepted without proof of purchase and date of sale. We will inspect all items before a refund is issued. No COD refunds accepted. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization! If a shipment is missing any parts,the customer must notify us no later than 5 business days from date of receipt. If you discover a damaged part after opening the package, notify us carrier immediately. We provide properly packaged contents at the time of carrier pickup.
